At Purposeful Gifts, we strive to provide the best shopping experience and high-quality products to our customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our return policy carefully.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, personalized items, and intimate or sanitary goods.

 2.Return Process

Contact Us:
- Email us at purposefulgiftsstore@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

. Approval:
- Once your return request is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.

Shipping:
- If approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

 3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment with 7-14 business days after inspection. 

 4. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit/debit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at purposefulgiftsstore@gmail.com.

 5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please contact us atpurposefulgiftsstore@gmail.com.

6. Non-returnable Items

- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items

7. AutoDS Fulfillment

As we use AutoDS for fulfillment, the return process may involve additional steps, including coordinating with AutoDS suppliers. We appreciate your patience during this process.
