What material is the tumbler made of?
Our 20 oz tumbler is made of borosilicate glass, which is stronger and more durable than other glass. Suitable for temperatures from -4℉ to 300 ℉. This feature makes the tumbler ideal for using with both hot and cold beverages.
The bamboo lid is moldy. What should I do?
Please tell us your order ID, and we will send you a replacement.
BTW, we suggest that after washing, you can take that silicone cover off, and then put it back when the lid is dry, so as to prevent the lid from getting moldy.
What if I am not satisfied with the cup?
If you receive a broken tumbler or have any product problems during use, you can get in touch with us and we will replace the product or solve the corresponding problem for you.
Can I use a dishwasher to clean this tumbler?
The glass tumbler can be cleaned in the dishwasher, but the lid must be washed by your hands, thank you!
